My mom had a catering company when I was a kid so I grew up around food and developed a passion for cooking early. After graduating from the prestigious L'Academie de Cuisine where I studied with the legendary, Michelin starred, Chef Gerard Pangaud, I was fortunate to work with amazing chefs including Jose Andres and Thomas Keller.
